We're constantly searching for the missing piece of the puzzle in our lives to finally experience the longed-for, sustained state of calm and contentment. If only our job were less stressful or that person behaved better. But external circumstances are constantly changing; brief moments of contentment give way to frustration, sadness, and pain.

How can we bring lasting calm and contentment into ourselves and our lives? Together, we'll embark on an inner journey of discovery, applying guidance from the Buddhist tradition to find deep and lasting contentment in our everyday circumstances. Learn practical methods to train your mind!

All classes are drop-in classes. They are suitable for beginners and also offer plenty of inspiration for people who wish to deepen their understanding of meditation and/or Buddhist practice. No need for special clothing, come as you are.
