Meditations for inner Strength

Wednesdays, 7:30 - 9 pm

(Weekly meditation class in English. With livestream option for members.)

Upcoming opportunity for going deeper into meditation with English instructions: Miri will guide a weekend retreat in April, click here for more information.

(Content follows Monday nights, just now the repeat is in English.)

The Buddhist meditation method of Taking & Giving, Tonglen in Tibetan, is extremely versatile:

It helps us deal with problems and pain in a calm, courageous and productive manner; it heals old wounds; it opens our hearts and frees us from loneliness; we learn what authentic self-care actually is; and we are inspired to actualize our potential, our Buddha nature.

Note: This is a rare opportunity! As part of the weekly program, Taking & Giving is taught only once every two to three years. And yes, it would be most beneficial to participate in this series from start to finish, but you can also drop in for individual evenings at any time.

(Series runs Feb - May)

Everyone welcome!

All classes are drop-in classes. They are suitable for beginners and also offer plenty of inspiration for people who wish to deepen their understanding of meditation and/or Buddhist practice. No need for special clothing, come as you are.
