Meditation Class in English

Meditations from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life

This drop-in class is open to everyone and includes guided meditation, a brief teaching on the topic and inspiring chanted prayers. The course is based on the fundamental practice text, The New Meditation Handbook by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso (Tharpa publications). Classes are self-contained. Previous registration is possible but not necessary.

Each class takes you step-by-step through one essential Buddhist meditation practice, presenting them in a simple and practical way.

Classes are taught by Buddhist monk Gen Ananda unless stated otherwise.
